Please, carefully read rules and conditions for booking chosen apartment. Required conditions.

1. Minimum age – 20 years.

2. Bookingisavailable forat least 3 days rentperiod.Fill in the booking form, then make a payment(bank transfer(from Visa Card) or cash), once money arrived, your reservation will be considered valid.

3. Check-In time is after 14:30, and Check-Out time is before 12:00.

4. The rent and deposit is full paid at Check-In time, therefore You will get the keys and rent agreement. If rent term is longer than a month, rent is paid one month in advance.

5. The tenancy payment for short term rent (<1 month) include: house utilities, cleaning service(once in 3 days) and as a free bonus - breakfast at “Café de Italia”.

6. All payments will be made in national currency - lei at the official rate of National Bank of Moldova.

7. Prices specified on a website include the VAT and booking services.

8. If you cancel or make changesto booking with 5days before Check-In time, we will apply a penalty of 50% of a one day's rent, and if with the 3 days and less - 100%.
