For moving in to the apartment you have to be not less then 18 years old.
Prices and payment.
1. Presence of vacant apartments and their cost for one night are specified on WWW.4RENT.MD, according to the contract concluded between WWW.4RENT.MD and owner of apartments. The stated information on apartments on website WWW.4RENT.MD is given by the owner of apartment.
2. For getting discount by means on online booking, it is required to pay by credit card VISA, an overall cost apartment/apartments for one night.
3. To cancel the confirmed order or put into the changes, the penalty tax rate from 30 Euros from the full sum of the order.
4. The payment by Visa Card or Master Card the sum will be converted in to Moldavia money (Commercial Currency of Republic Moldova) at the comertion rate of bank at the date of payment. ( 1 EUR = 19 MDL )

Booking through the service WWW.4RENT.MD will be for free.
Cancellation and change.
1. To cancel the order will cost You 30 Euros.
2. For changes or canceling the order, 3 days before the arrival reserved date the penalty will cost you one night of living at the apartment.
3. For modification or cancellation 3 days prior to the date of arrival specified in the demand, does not give a guarantee that your inquiry can be realized by apartment.
4. At cancellation or modification in the order at date of arrival or the next day after the date of the arrival specified in the confirmed order, payment is not compensated.
5. For cancellation of the reservation it is necessary for you to contact online support .
6. All monetary compensation for absence or prescheduled departure from apartment are established exclusively at the discretion of WWW.4RENT.MD and carried out after 60 days from the date of departure specified in the order.
