1.Minimum age of the client - 18 years old.

2.Reservation are made if the lease term will be at least 3 days. You have to complete the reservation from, then pay (transfer or cash) the rental cost of a day, that will guarantee your reservation. At the time when the money will reach the Agency's account the booking is considered valid, and therefore you will receive a voucher (booking confirmation) that you have to present at the hotel.

3.The Rental cost has to be paid in full at time of accommodation, therefore you will receive the keys and contact.

4.All payments will be made in Moldovan lei at the official rate of National Bank of Moldova.

5.For any changes or cancellation announced less than three days before the check in, will impose a penalty equal to the cost of a day's rent (according to price categories).
