Please, carefully read rules and conditions for rent a car

1. Minimum age – 25 years.
2. Valid ID and valid driving license for at least 3 years.
3. Minimum term of rent – 1 day (24 hours).
4. Booking is available if the rent period will be at least for 2 days.
5. Contract Extension is performed coming personally to the office with at least 6-12 hours before the end of the rent agreement if the car is available.
6. Car is transmitted only after full payment(in lei) and after guarantee for contract performance (warranty) transmission.
7. In case of cancellation / modification of the booking, a penalty will be applied, equivalent to the cost of a day's rent.
8. In case of technical problems it is imposible to get the reserved car, the Intermediate Company propose another available car or return the money for reservation.
9. Is not allowed to repair the car by renter.
10. Is not permitted to use the car as a taxi car or for auto training, sports competitions or any tests.
11. Renter must return the car clean inside and outside, with the same level of fuel (the excess is not returning).
12. Besides the car, renter must return keys, accessories and documents (registration certificate, the roadmap, car insurance and technical certificate).
13. If renter do not return the documents – penalty will be the cost of their restore; if renter do not return the keys – penalty will be between 150 euro and 350 euro.
14. If renter has a delay in returning the car in time, The Intermediate Company will apply a penalty in the amount of 5 euro/hour for the first 4 hours, if more – full cost of the one day’s rent.
15. The CASCO insurance, doesn’t exempt renter from material responsibility for damages caused to the Property.
16. The Intermediate Company has the right to appeal to police for car search if the Renter:
    - does not return the car in time;
    - does not come personally into the office to renew the agreement within 4 hours after the expiration of this agreement.
17. Please, read carefully the conditions of the rent agreement.
18. Place of transmission and return of Property is at Grigore Vieru street, number 17/1, Chisinau, MD-2005.
