What services are included into the rent?
Professional cleaning before arrival and after your departure. Apartment cleaning every 4 days if you are staying for more than five days. Clean bed-clothes, bath towels, toilet paper and bath rugs.
How do I find the apartment?
The easiest and fastest way is to use our transportation services: our driver will meet you at the airport and bring you to the address of your reserved flat (or another place of your arrival), driver is available from 9:00 to 6:00 p.m.
. If you do not wish to use this service, you can take a taxi independently (you will be given an exact address of our office). If you are having difficulties in searching for your accommodations, you can contact our manager by phone and specify the details.
What if I do not like the apartment I chose?
There are detailed descriptions of all apartments on the web-site. You can write to us, contact us on the phone and specify all questions before the apartment is reserved and assure that the apartment suits you. If there is a mismatch between the description and apartment, we will do our best to better the situation. We will suggest you to move into a different available apartment under the condition that you pay the difference in prices (if there is any). We wish you a pleasant stay and accept the fact that it is not always possible to receive a full picture of an apartment basing on description.
