3. CREDIT CARD USAGE/CANCELLATIONS
Some hotels require reservations to be prepaid, while others require a credit card number to secure or hold your reservation. Any prepayment or guarantee requirements are clearly stated in the hotel’s information page for your review prior to making a reservation. Romanian shall be the language to be applied. The verdict of the arbitrators shall be binding and final, and any civil court with proper jurisdiction shall be enabled to issue a decree enforcing the arbitrate award.
 
Chisinau, Moldova shall be the place of performance for all claims relating to this Agreement unless the nature of the obligation impressively requires another place.
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules including, without limitation, rules about the Internet, data, email and privacy.
