Please, carefully read rules and conditions for rent a car.

1. Minimum age – 23 years.
 
2. Valid ID and valid driving license for at least 3 years.

3. Minimum term of rent – 1 day (24hours).

4. Booking is available if the rent period will be at least 3 days.

5. Contract Extension is performed coming personally to the office with at least 6-12 hours before the end of the rent agreement.

6. Car is transmitted only after full payment(in lei) and after guarantee for contract performance(deposit) transmission.

7. If you cancel or make changes in booking terms within 5 days before the rent start, we will apply a penalty of 50% of the one day's rent, and if within 3 days or less - 100% of the one day’s rent.

8. If for some reasons it is imposible to get the reserved car, We will propose another available car or return the money for reservation. 

9. You are not allowed to repair the car by yourself.

10. Is not permitted to use the car as a taxi car or for auto training, sports competitions or any tests.

11. You must return the car clean inside and outside, with the same level of fuel (the excess is not returning).

12. Besides the car you must return keys, accessories and documents (registration certificate, the roadmap, car insurance and technical certificate).

13. If you do not return the documents – penalty will be the cost of their restore; if you do not return the keys – penalty will be between 150 euro and 350 euro.

14. If you are delay to return the car in time, we will apply a penalty in the amount of 5 euro/hour for the first 4 hours, if more – full cost of the one day’s rent.

15. The CASCO insurance, doesn’t exempt You from material responsibility for damages caused to the Property.

16. We will appeal to police for car search if you do not return the car in time or do not come personally into the office to renew the agreement within 4 hours after the end of the rent agreement.

17. Please, read carefully the conditions of the rent agreement to be signed after.

18. Place of transmission and return of Property is at Grigore Vieru street, number 17/1, Chisinau, MD-2005.
